Common Questions
Do I have to be a writer?
No. The process is designed for people who have something meaningful to say but do not identify as writers. We begin with conversation because speaking naturally is often easier than forcing yourself to sound like a book.
Does my book have to be about pain?
No. Your book may be built around purpose, faith, sports, leadership, art, imagination, relationships, business, or victory. Pain may be one part of the story — but it does not have to be the whole story.
Will my book be published in seven days?
The seven-day promise is for the complete first draft we scope together. Publishing is a separate stage that may include professional editing, design, formatting, distribution, and printing.
What does "complete first draft" mean?
An organized beginning-to-end draft based on the scope, stories, and material we agree to use. Scope is confirmed during onboarding so you know exactly what "complete" looks like for your book.
Are printing and publishing costs included?
No. Outside editing, design, printing, ISBN, distribution, and publishing expenses are separate. I will help you understand the options and prepare for those conversations.
What if part of my story is private?
You control what enters the book. We will identify what serves the reader, what needs boundaries, and what should remain private.
